1. Online KRS
Registration for students and programming of student Course Selection Sheet is carried out directly through the Online KRS procedure. The KRS filling is carried out directly by students via computers. Before students fill the KRS, it is highly recommended to consult with the PA lecturers about the courses to be taken. The mechanism for filling out KRS online and consulting PA lecturers is regulated as follows:

  • Students pay Her-registration fees and SPP at the designated Bank..*)
  • Students take KHS (Course Result Sheet) to their respective PA Lecturers for student archives.
  • Each student completes KRS online at the computer laboratory / terminal in each faculty.
  • Students access the online KRS system with a user ID (in the form of their respective NIM) and a password that has been given by the officer. For further security, the password can be changed by the student himself.
  • Students who forget their passwords can renew their passwords through IT by paying a fine of Rp. 5,000,
  • If students face problems in taking courses, they need to consult with the PA lecturers. **)
  • KRS that has been filled in, printed (print out) 1 sheet by the officer and asked for a signature from the PA lecturer for student archives.
  • The mechanism for the revision of KRS (validation) is regulated as follows:
    1. Students consult and ask for approval from the PA lecturer, by bringing a print out of KRS that will be revised.
    2. The KRS revision that has been approved by the PA lecturer, is submitted to the faculty officer.
    3. The officer updates the KRS based on the Revised KRS that has been approved by the PA lecturer.
    4. The clerk prints the changed KRS (1 sheet).
    5. Students request validation from the PA lecturer for student archives.
    6. Validation is served a maximum of 2 weeks after the lecture period begins.
    7. Any delay in filling out KRS will be subject to SKS deduction. In the first week 2 credits were deducted, on the second week 4 credits were deducted.
  • After the second week of the lecture period, the KRS service is closed, and students are required to take study leave.

Additional Information:
*)  This payment is a requirement for online KRS filling process.  Computer will automatically refuse and give a warning to pay in advance for students who have not made tuition payments.
**) Students who only take the thesis are still required to fill out the KRS according to the schedule.

2. Late registration

  • Students who are late in registering will be calculated to reduce the SKS of 2 credits per bridge week.
  • The tolerance limit for late submission of KRS is 3 weeks, calculated as the deadline for consultation according to the academic calendar.
  • Students who have not submitted KRS by the deadline will automatically be categorized as non-active students.
  • Non-active students are subject to financial obligations as active students.
